6-under 66 in the first round. I played very early - teed off at 6:50, which had to be an advantage compared to teeing off at 2pm. I'm in a decent position for the final round, but I'll have to go very low.
My putter was very hot for the first 14 holes today. I only had 16 putts through 14 holes, but I wasn't able to make anything on the last 4 holes. If I catch the leaders, my putter will need to be hot for all 18 holes.
I tee off at 11:50.

nice round neil! 16 putts through 14 holes?? sounds like a mix of tight irons and some scrambling and good chipping.
