Took a two week break, but I'm back in North Carolina for another Egolf Tournament. I shot a 3-under 69 today, which started out rough. I short-sided myself on 1 and 2 - lucky to make a par on 2. I missed the fairway on 3, 4, and 5 - luckily I hit a great shot from the fairway bunker and 5 and made an 8 footer for birdie. After that I was solid and had a lot of chances the last 13 holes.
I play very early on Thursday - 7:30 am EST. That's a great time because the weather has been approaching 100 degrees and extremely humid. Being able to finish before noon is a nice bonus.
